First of all you upload your file to DownTown.vc using the form on the main page. Right after uploading you get the unique link that will contain the links for your file on the major file hostings. Megaupload: up to 300Mb
Mediafire: up to 200Mb

What is a private upload?

If you submit your file as private upload it will not be shown in the public Recent Upload list
